5-stage charge mode:
1. Detect battery, won't work if battery voltage is less than 7.5V. Pre-charge if battery voltage is between 7.5V-11V with half hour maximumly.
2. If battery is still less than 11V, charger will desulfate it for 24 hours with PWM pulse.
3. If battery voltage recover more than 11V, then come into main charge.
4. After charged fully with current less than 0.5A, will come into maintenance.
5. When trick current is less than 200mA, will cutoff charging completely. Sequently it would detect battery every 2 hours, and will pulse recharge battery if battery drops less than 13V.
